Overview
This 8,000-SF single-family residence was originally designed by an internationally recognized architect for the Los Angeles environment. Udelsman Associates and Summit Engineering collaborated to provide a practical structure suited for the harsh New England waterfront environment. Designed to accommodate 110 MPH winds off of the Great Bay, the singe-story home was designed entirely out of conventional light wood framing.
