Overview
Summit Engineering is providing the structural design for this new 20,000-SF, 60-bed psychiatric care facility. The institutional building design will initially be a single story structure with a full walk-out basement. However, the design will include provisions for the addition of two supplementary floor levels. The project is being designed utilizing cold-formed steel framing for the walls, floors and lateral system.
