Mr. Champagne’s background is in structural engineering. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and has over twenty years of experience in structural design and analysis for a variety of institutional, commercial, industrial and residential projects. Bob is a LEED® Accredited Professional and member of the United States Green Building Council – NH Chapter. He has worked on numerous LEED accredited projects and specializes in the design of concrete and steel structures ranging from small stair designs to complex multi-story buildings. In addition to design, Bob has extensive experience with forensic investigations including wind, flood and insurance claims.

Bob lives in Rye, NH with his wife Janet. Away from the office Bob can be found with a golf club, fishing rod or ski pole in his hands.

Mr. McNally offers over 30 years of structural experience and strategic management skills for organizing professionals to achieve quality outcomes, financial performance, and client satisfaction. His focus is on results-driven design, production, and scheduling on complex projects. He enjoys working with Summit’s highly competent staff and providing leadership in an environment that encourages teamwork, initiative, and growth. Steve is a 1986 honors graduate from Northeastern University having earned a BSCE. His background includes the design of commercial / industrial / power generation buildings, fire stations, waterfront structures, subway stations, and bridges. He lives in York, Maine with his life partner, Barbara.

Steve's leisure time is filled with stage acting, ballroom dancing, public speaking, as well as playing guitar and drums for his own enjoyment. Every once in a while he can be seen with a golf club in his hand. For luck, he also carries a one iron in his bag, because he knows that if he’s caught in a lightning storm, even God can’t hit a one iron.

Ms. McNair-Perry has decades of experience in the design and analysis of structures and construction administration of projects. The projects have varied in size and scope, and utilized structural steel, aluminum, reinforced concrete, masonry, cold-formed steel framing, and timber/wood framing. She has provided structural assessments, forensic reports and third-party/peer reviews for code compliance relative to structural engineering. Linda received a BS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University (CMU) and was honored with the CMU Outstanding Alumni Service Award in 2013. That award recognized her for six years (four as Vice Chair) on NH Building Code Review Board and other service to the structural engineering profession in NH.

When it is time to relax, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoys doing genealogy research.

Ms. Beyer’s background is in structural engineering, with a focus on building information modeling. She holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a MS in structural engineering from Tufts University. She also taught the Building Information Modeling class for the UNH Civil Department for several semesters. Lily has provided structural engineering for a variety of projects, from single family homes to large warehouses and multifamily structures. Prior to coming to Summit, she worked as a structural engineer at Hoyle, Tanner and Associates in the Building Structures group.

When away from the office, Lily can be found playing rugby and skiing, or out on the water in a sailboat.

Mr. MacDonald’s background is in construction and structural engineering design. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. He is working towards his PE license. Ben has provided structural engineering for projects ranging from home renovations to large water treatment buildings. His background includes construction estimating, land development and structural steel design.

While not working, Ben can be found playing the guitar, fishing or riding dirt bikes.

Mr. Boyle’s background is in structural engineering and site design. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Ryan is a certified engineer in training (E.I.T.) and is working to obtain his P.E. license. Ryan has experience in steel design, land development as well as construction estimating and scheduling.

Outside of the workplace, Ryan enjoys spending his days on the lake, camping and at the beach.

Ms. Cawthern’s background is in structural engineering. She holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is working towards earning her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Sage is a certified engineer in training (E.I.T.) and is working to obtaining her P.E. license. She has experience providing structural engineering design for structures ranging in size and use.

Outside of the office, Sage enjoys traveling and spending time in the great outdoors.

Ms. Lechner is the accountant for Summit Engineering, Inc. She is originally from Wisconsin, where she graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Accounting. She then moved to Chicago where she worked in public accounting for several years and obtained her CPA. Relocating to San Francisco, she received her MBA from the University of San Francisco and her Series 23 license while working for Charles Schwab.

She lives with her husband and three children in Exeter, NH and owns Seacoast Balanced Accounting LLC which provides accounting and financial support to corporations and non-profits in the Seacoast area.
