Overview
Summit Engineering provided the complete structural design of a 10,000-SF, three-story, four-unit condominium building constructed on a pre-cast concrete pier with an adjacent 2,000-SF wood-framed wharf. Located over water, this project was challenged with fast moving currents, construction phasing to accommodate a small site, and coordination with concurrent abutting construction projects.
