Overview
This 8,100-SF, three-story building replaces one of downtown Hampton’s most prominent beach front properties. After a 2010 fire destroyed several ocean front structures, the owners of this building decided to modernize with a new mixed-use structure. The first floor has retail with residential uses on the second and third floors. The roof accommodates a deck and sun canopy. Construction costs were minimized via an all-wood structural design.
